Kevin Sinnott

Kevin founded Sonder Consultants in 2016 and since then has delivered a number of successful mandates for clients within the legal and financial services industry. Kevin has a very broad and direct approach, which allows his clients to be consistently impressed with his services ensuring their continued success.

Having graduated with an honours degree in Civil Law from the National University of Ireland, Kevin has worked as a lawyer with several of the world’s top law firms in the US, Ireland and Australia.

Kevin has worked with some of the most successful legal professionals and companies in the legal industry building an invaluable and impressive network, a network which has been the basis for his success to date.

Matthew Hart

Matthew’s honest and strategic approach allows him to provide consultative career and business guidance to his clients and candidates. Having graduated with a law degree from the University of Technology, Sydney, Matthew joined a leading sports & entertainment agency in New York where he delivered a number of successful mandates for clients across the NBA, NFL and for leading brands, such as MetLife, Wells Fargo and SAP. On returning to Sydney, Matthew spent time working for an international recruitment company before joining Sonder Consultants as an Associate Director. Matthew specialises in placing candidates at all levels across private practice and in-house. The referrals Matthew receives truly validate his reputation and dedication to achieving successful results.

Jonathan Taylor 

Jonathan leads the London office of Sonder Consultants. He focuses on the recruitment of qualified solicitors across all commercial practice areas into permanent positions. His clients range from leading US and UK international City firms through to a number of niche and boutique practices.

Jonathan endeavours to provide a full consultative service with a focus on strictly adhering to both the candidate and the client’s requirements and having a full understanding of the legal market. Through this approach he is able to offer advice and expertise for a candidate’s future progression as well as working for those actively seeking a new role. He works with the leading firms in the City and am able to accommodate and realise the City lawyer’s ambitions.

Aimee Forde 

Aimee is a Senior Consultant based in the Sydney office of Sonder Consultants with a particular focus on recruitment within the Legal Support and Legal Technology space. Aimee recruits roles across all levels and is passionate about her client / candidate relationships as well as being recognised as a knowledgeable source within the legal industry.

Aimee takes pride in her ability to make mutually-beneficial matches for her clients and candidates, helping to elevate careers and take businesses to the next level of success.

She brings a unique perspective to recruitment and has built up an impressive network with the Legal Shared Services space in the UK and Australia.

Cameron Gardiner 

Cameron is a private practice headhunter representing premium U.S, UK, and European law firms. He holds previous experience working for another specialist legal agency in London before joining Sonder Consultants in August 2020. From working with many leading international law firms, Cameron holds vast knowledge, and experience in the London Private Practice market and has been able to build an impressive network of the back of this. 

Cameron strives to get to know his clients on a more personal level in order to understand their business, culture, goals and ambitions in order to provide the right candidates for their company.

Dylan Morrison  

Dylan Morrison is a legal search consultant within the private practice team at Sonder Consultants, based in their Sydney office. Dylan is a clear “people person” and brings a fresh approach to recruitment, Dylan is adept at engaging with individuals at all levels within an organisation.

Prior to joining Sonder Consultants, Dylan graduated with a bachelors degree from Macquarie University before commencing employment with an Australian based recruitment company.

Dylan’s focus is connecting legal talent with domestic and international opportunities, and covers the world’s major jurisdictions including Australia, the UK, the US, Middle East, Hong Kong, Singapore, Ireland and New Zealand.

Rebecca Adlington  

Rebecca is our Marketing Coordinator, here to help us to further grow our brand as we expand our presence in new markets and communicate our vision and values through a range of marketing initiatives.

Having graduated with a Business Management and Marketing degree from Brighton University back in 2017, Rebecca has since worked for both large corporate organisations and start-ups across multiple industries in the UK.

After gaining four years’ of experience in digital marketing practices, Rebecca moved to Australia to seek a new adventure. Since working for Sonder Rebecca has further enhanced our marketing strategy and is a key support to our team and our clients. Providing up-to-date, intuitive content that allows Sonder to differentiate our brand in the market.
