Jeffrey is a London-based Legal Search Consultant committed to connecting top legal talent with elite opportunities in the City. Specialising in private practice appointments, he has extensive experience placing both lawyers and partners at leading Magic Circle, US, and Silver Circle firms.

Before joining Sonder, Jeffrey was part of the Partner team at Fox Rodney, where he became a trusted expert in retained, exclusive, and contingent searches across various practice areas. His experience includes partner and lateral hires, associate placements, and team relocations, giving him a comprehensive understanding of law firm dynamics.

Originally from Cork, Ireland, Jeffrey holds a BA in Economics and a Master’s in Management and Marketing. His strong educational foundation, combined with a consultative approach, enables him to offer valuable insights and strategic advice to both candidates and firms alike.
