Initially, we established a strong network of lawyers in Australia and New Zealand, partnering with top firms in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, and Brisbane and closely tied firms in Asia. Our success, with 30% of placements involving Australian-qualified lawyers in London, led to our first international headquarters in the City.

As we built a prestigious network of UK-qualified lawyers and collaborated with leading Silver Circle, Magic Circle, and elite US firms, it was natural to expand into the United States. In 2022, we launched our New York City office, quickly becoming our largest location, followed by an office in Los Angeles focused on AM Law 100 firms.

In 2024, we returned to our roots with the opening of our Hong Kong office and the appointment of a new Head of Asia to enhance our regional operations. Sonder's influence extends beyond these locations, reaching across the APAC region, the UAE, offshore jurisdictions, and significant U.S. markets, establishing us as a global powerhouse in legal recruitment.
