Before joining the Sonder team, Michael honed his skills at another prominent international legal recruitment firm. Prior to that, he embarked on a dynamic legal career, where he managed multi-million and multi-billion-dollar contracts for the federal government. One notable highlight was his role at the Los Angeles Air Force Base, where he led procurement negotiations.

Beyond his legal expertise, Michael spent a decade immersed in the sports industry. Starting with Pierce and Associates Sports Management, he worked diligently to negotiate contracts and provide guidance to athletes within the MLB and NBA systems. More recently, he has run his own consulting firm, Empowerment Sports Group.
