With a first-class law degree and a deep understanding of the legal markets in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong, he is well-equipped to navigate the complexities of legal recruitment across Asia.

His expertise lies in identifying legal talent with the knowledge and expertise to thrive in top-tier firms. He takes pride in building long-term relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a deep understanding of their unique needs and goals. As a result Matthew has helped many lawyers to move across top-tier, mid-tier and boutique firms.

Originally from the UK, he understands the personal and professional rewards of relocating overseas and is happy to offer guidance to lawyers in the UK and Ireland considering a move over to Sydney. During his free time Matthew enjoys relaxing on the various beaches near to his home, sports and fitness and exploring Asia.
