A US law firm is seeking a Private Equity Associate (4+ PQE) to join its high-performing corporate team in London.

This elite team advises leading private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and institutional investors on complex, cross-border transactions across a range of sectors including technology, healthcare, infrastructure, and financial services.

You will work on high-profile buyouts, minority investments, secondaries, and exits, often with a transatlantic element. The role offers exposure to headline-making deals, close collaboration with US offices, and top-of-market US compensation.

Requirements

• England & Wales qualified
• 4+ years’ post-qualification experience in private equity/M&A
• Experience acting for PE sponsors or portfolio companies on mid-to-large cap transactions
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and transaction management skills
• Background at a leading US or Magic Circle/international firm preferred
• Commercial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
