A leading US law firm is seeking a Corporate Real Estate Associate (4–7 PQE) to join its growing London office.

This well-established team advises institutional investors, developers, private equity funds, and corporate occupiers on high-value real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, development projects, and portfolio deals — often with a cross-border element.

Working alongside senior lawyers across the London and US offices, you’ll gain exposure to sophisticated transactional work within a lean team structure. The role offers US-level compensation, a collaborative culture, and genuine opportunities for career progression.

Requirements

• England & Wales qualified
• 4–7 years of post-qualification experience in real estate transactions
• Solid experience in acquisitions, disposals, and JV structuring
• Experience advising private equity or institutional clients is a plus
• Strong academic background and excellent drafting and negotiation skills
