The team focuses on complex cross-border public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, and restructurings, working on high-value transactions in sectors such as aviation, financial services, energy, telecommunications, and infrastructure.

The London office, established in 2019, supports a broad range of industries, and the team has developed a strong reputation for handling significant global transactions while maintaining the firm’s supportive and inclusive culture from its U.S. base.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in M&A, private equity, or related corporate law transactions.
• High-quality training at a UK or US law firm with exposure to corporate law, including at least one corporate seat.
• Ability to manage complex projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal work.
