A top-tier US law firm is seeking a US Securities Associate (Class of 2018–2020) to join their high-performing capital markets team in Hong Kong.

The Firm & Role

This prestigious team advises leading Chinese issuers, global investment banks, and multinational corporations on a broad range of cross-border securities offerings, including 144A/Reg S IPOs, debt offerings, high-yield and investment-grade issuances, and related regulatory matters.

You will work on sophisticated capital markets transactions, alongside market-leading partners, within a fast-paced, international environment. The role offers Cravath-scale compensation and access to some of the most high-profile deals in Asia.

Requirements

• US-qualified (admitted to the New York Bar or similar)
• Class of 2018–2020 (approx. 4–6 years PQE)
• Strong experience in US securities and capital markets work
• Fluent Mandarin is required
• Prior experience at a US or top international firm highly regarded
