The Role:
As a Senior Associate, you will collaborate with prominent clients on a variety of complex and high-profile transactions. The role offers a dynamic environment, with opportunities to work on strategic and transactional activities across the entire capital structure, ensuring a diverse and fast-paced workload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on a wide range of private equity real estate transactions
• Work closely with leading global and domestic sponsors, managers, and investors
• Engage in strategic deal structuring across different sectors and asset classes

Requirements:

• Senior Associate level (5+ years PQE)
• Strong experience in private equity real estate transactions
• Excellent academic background and Big Law experience preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and complex legal environment
