The Role:  

You will advise private fund sponsors on the structuring, formation, and operation of private investment funds. Working with a diverse client base, you will handle complex cross-border transactions and provide strategic legal advice to support clients' business objectives.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of post-qualification experience, with a strong focus on private investment funds

• Qualified in the US, UK, or Hong Kong

• Excellent academic credentials and experience in a top-tier international law firm

• Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential

• Strong analytical, drafting, and client management skills
