The Role:
In this role, you will provide strategic counsel on high-stakes M&A and private equity transactions, working closely with a diverse client base. Requirements:

• 3+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in M&A and private equity
• Experience from a top-tier US firm or an international firm in Hong Kong or the UK
• Strong academic credentials and technical expertise in M&A/PE transactions
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative and client-focused environment
