A Magic Circle firm is seeking a Corporate Senior Associate to join their practice in Singapore. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on some of the largest and most complex M&A and private equity transactions across the Asia Pacific region.

The Role:

You will be advising a broad range of clients, including public and private corporations, investment banks, financial institutions, governments, and international bodies. The role involves working on high-profile public and private M&A and private equity (PE) transactions, including growth/pre-IPO investments and joint ventures. You will also have exposure to cutting-edge infrastructure deals, particularly in the clean energy sector.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of PQE (UK) with a common law qualification from Singapore, the UK, Australia, Hong Kong, or Canada

• Strong PE/M&A experience gained at a top-tier international law firm, ideally with exposure to infrastructure M&A transactions

• Chinese/Mandarin language skills are beneficial but not essential

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
