Requirements

• Admitted to the California Bar
• Around 3 years of corporate real estate experience at a leading law firm
• Strong experience in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financings
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Strong academic credentials and a commercial, solutions-oriented mindset
