The Role:
As part of the firm's Corporate team, you will work on:

• High-value M&A transactions
• Private equity deals
• Advising clients across diverse industries on complex cross-border deals.

The team offers exposure to some of the most significant deals in the region, working alongside highly regarded partners and senior associates.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years PQE, ideally from an elite international firm in London, Australia, or New Zealand.
• Proven experience with high-value M&A transactions and ideally private equity.
• Strong academic credentials and a drive to work on complex, high-profile deals.
