With a robust background in legal recruitment, Jessica has propelled numerous lawyers in top-tier law firms to advance their careers. Prior to her recruitment career, she practiced as a litigation attorney, gaining firsthand experience of the rewards and challenges of being a lawyer in New York. Jessica's deep understanding of the legal industry and her ability to connect with candidates make her an ideal addition to the team at Sonder.

Jessica began her career as a commercial and civil litigation attorney in Alabama and then New York. She later pivoted to a new role as a recruiter in the city to better leverage her passion for relationship building and helping others. Beyond her work as a legal recruiter, Jessica enjoys exploring New York with her 9 lb Maltese, discovering new restaurants, and attending live music events.
