Daniel Carroll Joins Our APAC Team

We’re pleased to announce that Daniel Carroll has joined Sonder Consultants as a Senior Legal Search Consultant, based in our Hong Kong office.

Danny brings over five years of legal recruitment experience across the UK and Asia. Throughout his career, he has supported legal professionals in Hong Kong, Singapore, North America, and London—guiding associates through complex, high-value moves into leading international and regional law firms.

Before joining Sonder, Danny was a Manager at a global recruitment firm, where he specialised in placing legal professionals into Private Practice roles, as well as transformation talent within the Financial Services sector. He has successfully placed lawyers across a broad range of practice areas, including Corporate M&A, Capital Markets, Private Equity, Funds, Real Estate, Disputes, and Arbitration.

Having lived and worked in Hong Kong for over four years, Danny offers deep, on-the-ground insight into the legal landscape across Asia. His regional expertise, combined with a truly global perspective, makes him a trusted advisor for lawyers considering cross-border moves or long-term careers in the region.
