[London, UK] - We are delighted to welcome Andrew François to our London team as a Senior Search Consultant.
Andrew has a strong background in legal recruitment, with significant expertise in associate private practice recruitment. Before joining Sonder, he worked as a Senior Consultant at another legal search firm for three years, working across their London and North America offices.
Andrew is dedicated to supporting individuals in achieving their professional aspirations, as demonstrated by the numerous successful placements he has facilitated. Notably, Andrew has excelled in placing lawyers at prestigious firms within both transactional and litigation practices.

Andrew’s legal journey began at the University of Birmingham City, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Law. During his time at university, Andrew worked as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal at Immigration Aid, where he corresponded with the home office regarding cases, applications, trials, hearings, and court dates, along with drafting and reviewing immigration documents.
Andrew is excited to begin and contribute to the ongoing success of Sonder Consultants. He shared his enthusiasm for his new role, stating:

Outside of work, Andrew is an avid football fan, supporting Manchester United. He enjoys playing a range of sports including football, basketball and badminton and also likes weight training in the gym.
