A leading global law firm is seeking a mid-level associate (2-5 PQE) to join its Securitisation and Structured Finance sub-group within the London Debt Capital Markets team. The team provides expert advice on a wide range of debt capital markets and structured finance transactions, including asset-backed financings and securitisations across various asset classes such as automotive receivables, consumer receivables, commercial mortgages, and infrastructure assets.

Required Experience:

• 2-5 years of post-qualification experience (or equivalent) in structured finance, preferably at a top-tier firm.
• Strong academic background with a minimum 2.1 degree.
• Excellent written communication and drafting skills.
• Ability to manage complex transactions and build client relationships.
• A strong interest in structured finance and related legal work.
