An ambitious global law firm in New York is seeking an equally ambitious mid to senior associate to join its established group in either New York, D.C. or Boston. This team is highly regarded for its expertise across PE secondaries, and works with some of the most impressive PE houses in the industry. You will work closely with their international offices, particularly on global secondaries and liquidity transactions.

The Role:

The team has a very boutique feel while still having the resources of a global law firm. You will be working with the biggest and best PE houses, alternative asset-managers and first-time fund sponsors across strategic GP advisory and transactional work. The position offers excellent career advancement opportunities in a transparent track towards partnership.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of relevant Biglaw experience
• Ability to project manage and work in a fast-paced environment
• Be admitted to the relevant state bar (NY, D.C., or MA)
