An AmLaw20 is seeking a talented mid to senior-level project finance associate to join its growing team in New York. This team is highly regarded for its expertise across the projects sphere and has growing capabilities in the renewables space with significant growth plans ahead.

The Role:

In this role, you will advise leading sponsors on the broad spectrum of projects (financing) transactions on some of the most cutting edge and complex large-scale projects. The team has been on the forefront of project financings, including bank loans, export credit agencies and other bi/multilateral facilities, mezzanine and holdco financings and project bonds.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Project Finance from peer firm.

• Strong academic credentials

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
