Operations Manager
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team with a minimum of 36+ months experience in the field.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operational Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement operational strategies to support business growth and align with company goals.
- Process Optimization: Streamline and enhance recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and compliance with international regulations.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to employment laws, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR), and industry standards across multiple jurisdictions.
- Global Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processes for employees across multiple countries, ensuring accurate and timely payments while maintaining compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
- HR Management: Develop and manage HR policies and procedures globally, addressing issues like hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Employment Law Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws and labor regulations in all operational regions, adapting policies as needed for local requirements.
- Managing Incentives: Design and implement incentive programs for consultants and staff, aligning rewards with business objectives to drive performance.
- Technology Management: Oversee recruitment software and CRM systems, ensuring they are effectively utilized and updated to meet business needs.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and identify areas for improvement.
- Financial Oversight: Manage operational budgets, sales, track expenses, and contribute to cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.
- Vendor & Supplier Relations: Negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors and service providers to support recruitment operations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership, sales teams, and consultants to align operational practices with client and candidate needs.
- Global Coordination: Ensure seamless communication and operational consistency across international offices and time zones.
- Problem Solving: Address operational challenges promptly and implement solutions to maintain business continuity.
REQUIREMENTS
- 36+ months experience in recruitment as an Operations Manager, preferred legal recruitment but not essential.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not essential.
- High attention to detail.
- Passion for contributing to growth of dynamic organisation.
- Drive to grow & develop every day.
- Interest in the global legal landscape.
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
- A proactive, positive, energetic approach and attitude.
