Legal Recruitment Consultant

We’re seeking driven individuals to join our growing international legal recruitment team. If you’re an experienced Recruitment Consultant (12+ months) or a lawyer considering a career change into recruitment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities include full 360 recruitment: headhunting, building client and candidate relationships, market mapping, and handling recruitment processes from start to finish.

Requirements:

  • 12+ months recruitment experience (legal preferred but not essential) or legal background.
  • Bachelor's degree (LLB preferred).
  • High attention to detail and a passion for growth.
