An ambitious global law firm in New York is seeking an equally ambitious mid to senior associate to join its established group in either New York or D.C. This team is highly regarded for its expertise across PE, credit, special situations, VC, real estate and infrastructure funds, and includes some of the most impressive PE houses making waves within the industry.

The Role:

The team has a very boutique feel while still having the resources of a global law firm. You will be working with the biggest and best PE houses, alternative asset-managers and first-time fund sponsors across sophisticated private fund formation, strategic GP advisory and transactional work (secondaries experience highly regarded). The position offers excellent career advancement opportunities in a transparent track towards partnership.

Requirements:

- 4-7 years of relevant Biglaw experience

- Ability to project manage and work in a fast-paced environment

- Be admitted to the relevant state bar (NY or D.C.)
