The Role:
In this role, you will manage complex disputes and litigation, working closely with clients on all aspects of cyber, privacy, and data innovation cases. You will handle discovery with the support of the firm's industry-leading eDiscovery, Analytics, and Litigation Support team, as well as take depositions, make court appearances, and manage oral arguments at key hearings. This position provides significant responsibility and leadership opportunities within a high-performing team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7+ years of sophisticated, complex civil litigation experience
• Specific experience in cyber, privacy, and data innovation litigation is highly valued
• Strong academic credentials
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and court appearances
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-player attitude
• Membership to the State Bar of the desired office is required
