This practice group handles a wide range of complex real estate transactions, including joint ventures, development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, real estate M&A, and financings. The firm’s clients include private equity and investment funds, real estate operating companies, development partners, S&P 500 REITs, financial institutions, and institutional investors.

The Role:
In this role, you will work on high-level real estate transactions alongside attorneys from various offices, providing you with exposure to a wide network of professionals. The successful candidate will possess strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills, with a keen understanding of the business side of real estate investing.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in complex real estate transactions
• Experience with joint ventures, real estate M&A, acquisitions, dispositions, and financings
• Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across different offices and teams
• A commitment to pro bono work is a plus
