The Role:

In this role, you will advise corporate clients and private equity funds in connection with the market’s most cutting-edge mergers, strategic acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, and general corporate matters, working closely with prominent clients across a variety of industries. Requirements:

• 2-6 years of experience handling M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating transaction, overseeing due diligence processes, and strong deal management skills.
• Exceptional academic credentials.
• Admitted to practice law and in good standing in the State of New York.
