The New York office of a prominent AmLaw 50 firm is seeking a talented and motivated Capital Markets Associate with 4-6 years of experience for an exciting opportunity in their dynamic and growing practice. This role offers exposure to a full range of ECM and DCM work, including a significant cross-border component.

The Role:

In this position, you will work on a broad spectrum of transactions, including public and private offerings of equity and debt securities. You will represent a diverse client base of issuers, investors, and underwriters, while taking a lead role in managing and executing complex deals.  

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience at a prestigious large or mid-sized law firm

• Strong knowledge of Exchange Act reporting and corporate governance compliance

• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills

• Ability to take the lead on transaction execution and work collaboratively with both team members and clients
