The Role:
In this role, you will work on a variety of complex private fund formation matters, including advising on the creation, structuring, and operation of private equity, hedge, real estate, and other alternative investment funds. You will collaborate closely with senior partners and clients, assisting with fund formation documents, regulatory compliance, and negotiating key agreements. Requirements:

• Class years 2018-2021
• Strong experience in private fund formation, with a focus on private equity, hedge funds, or real estate funds
• In-depth knowledge of the Investment Advisers Act and other relevant securities laws and regulations

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
