Originally from Canada, where he worked on Bay Street, Dom relocated to New York in 2023. His firsthand experience navigating the legal industry across borders gives him a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities faced by lawyers making similar transitions.
Dom’s move into legal recruitment stems from his passion for building meaningful relationships and mentoring others. During his legal career, he thrived in client-facing roles, enjoyed guiding junior associates, and took pride in helping others achieve their professional goals. This focus on people and their development naturally led him to pursue a role where he could make a lasting impact by connecting legal professionals with opportunities that align with their ambitions.
In addition to his impressive legal career, Dom was actively involved in Kirkland’s LGBTQ+ Affinity Groups, where he championed diversity and inclusivity within the legal profession.
