Taking on the role of Senior Consultant, Aisha arrives with invaluable expertise in legal recruitment cultivated during her tenure as a Managing Consultant at Michael Page. With her proactive and enthusiastic approach, she's a perfect fit for the Sonder team.
Aisha primarily focuses on helping associates make lateral moves within AM Law 100 firms in New York and along the East Coast. With experience in legal, ethics, and compliance, Aisha brings a unique understanding of the legal market and a passion for advancing careers within it. She uses her expertise to navigate associates through job transitions, ensuring they land in roles that allow them to thrive in their legal careers.

Beyond her current professional endeavors in advancing legal careers, Aisha enjoys honing her boxing skills in the gym, or unwinding over cocktails with friends at the Comedy Cellar in New York.
