Sonia brings over 15 years of recruitment experience, with nine years focused on the legal sector. Originally from Houston, Texas, Sonia began her international career in Singapore before settling in Hong Kong, where she has been based for the past eight years. She has a strong track record of placing legal associates at all levels in major markets like Hong Kong, Singapore, and Tokyo, earning a reputation for her consultative approach and strategic insight into the legal industry.
