Lloyd's journey into teaching began during his work as a disputes lawyer in London and the South East, where he served as a mentor for trainees within his firm. Presented with the choice between pursuing law firm partnership or taking on a new challenge in the world of academia, Lloyd took the leap and accepted a role as Senior Lecturer at St Mary's University, before moving to a Programme & Student Lead role at The University of Law and eventually joining Kings College London in 2023.
Currently, Lloyd thrives as a Senior Lecturer at King's College London, where he plays a pivotal role in the Professional Law Institute and leads the Future of Legal Practice series. His extensive expertise in Litigation and Commercial Law, combined with a strong passion for integrating commercial awareness into his teaching endeavours, have helped him to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment for his students. With his innovative approach to legal education and commitment to fostering the next generation of legal minds, Lloyd continues to make a profound impact in both academia and the legal profession.
